Day 1: Welcome to Cairo
Arrival: Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting to welcome you. He will assist you through immigration and passport control, help with luggage collection and customs procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
Day 2: The Pyramids & National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious breakfast served at your hotel to start your day.
Pyramids: Start your day by visiting the Pyramids of Giza. The only present-day survivors of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, they are among the world’s greatest tourist attractions and never lose their ability to inspire and overwhelm visitors.
Sphinx: Visit the mysterious Sphinx, an ancient figure shrouded in legend and mystery. Your Egyptologist will enthral you with the tales told of this fascinating figure.
National Museum of Egyptian Civilization: Meet your Egyptologist guide & proceed to visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is in Fustat, the first Egyptian capital after the Arab Islamic conquest, so it was a logical choice for the museum site, as the area is located at the crossroads of Egyptian history. The museum partially opened in 2017, and will display a collection of 50.000 artifacts, presenting Egyptian Civilization from prehistoric times to the present day.
Khan El Khalili Bazar: Proceed to the fascinating Khan El-Khalili Bazaar – reputed to be the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Originally founded as a watering stop for caravanserai in the 14th century, the bazaar has now grown to vast proportions.
Return to your Hotel and overnight.
Day 3: Cairo/Aswan
Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel
Transfer: Transfer to Cairo Airport to take an early flight to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan, where your private Local Arabic-speaking guide will welcome you & proceed to visit the following:
The High Dam: Prepare yourself for a particularly overwhelming sightseeing experience: the Aswan High Dam is truly impressive. The Dam is 3600 meters long, 980 meters thick at base, and 111 meters tall (at its highest point).
Philae Temple: Visit the island of Philae and the temple that is dedicated to the goddess ISIS, the goddess of love and passion in ancient Egypt. The Temple of Philae is in a beautiful setting, landscaped to match the original site of the temple when it was relocated by UNESCO after the building of the Aswan Dam threatened the site.
Transfer to your 5* Standard Nile Cruise M/S King of Egypt or M/S King Tut I Nile Cruise or Similar for check-in.
Lunch: Enjoy Lunch onboard
The rest of the day is free at leisure
Dinner: enjoy dinner onboard & overnight.
Day 4: Kom Ombo/ Edfu
Breakfast: Breakfast on board the Nile Cruise
Kom Ombo Temple: Walk to visit the temple of Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the crocodile and falcon gods. Stop at the Crocodile Mummification Museum, where you can see crocodile mummies that are thousands of years old.
Edfu Temple: By horse carriage, visit the temple of Horus at Edfu, the most intact temple from the ancient world.
Lunch: Enjoy Lunch onboard the Nile Cruise

Sail to Luxor
Dinner: Enjoy Dinner onboard your Nile Cruise & overnight
Day 5: Karnak & Luxor Temple
Breakfast: Enjoy Breakfast onboard
Karnak Temple: Start your exploration of Luxor’s East Bank with a visit to the magnificent Temple of Karnak – the largest religious complex ever built in the ancient world. This vast sanctuary is dedicated to Amun-Ra, the supreme creator god. Wander through its grand hypostyle hall with 134 towering columns, and marvel at the scale and artistry that span over 2,000 years of construction.
Luxor Temple: Continue to the elegant Luxor Temple, a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture, largely built by Pharaoh Ramses II. Connected to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes, the temple was used for rituals and festivals, and remains a stunning symbol of ancient Thebes.
Lunch: served onboard as you relax after the morning tour.
Afternoon: Free at leisure to enjoy the facilities of the cruise or explore more of Luxor on your own.
Dinner: onboard and overnight stay on your Nile Cruise
Day 6: Luxor – West Bank Highlights / Return to Cairo
Breakfast: onboard your Nile Cruise.
Check out and prepare for your final tour in Upper Egypt.
West Bank: Begin your day with a visit to the awe-inspiring Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of New Kingdom pharaohs. Explore elaborately decorated tombs that once held the mummies of ancient rulers such as Tutankhamun and Ramses VI.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari — an architectural masterpiece built for Egypt’s most powerful female pharaoh, who ruled as a king and left behind a unique legacy.
Stop for photos at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have stood guard for over 3,000 years.
Transfer: Transfer to Luxor Airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo.
Arrival: Upon arrival in Cairo, transfer to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 7: Final Departure
Breakfast: Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel and check out.
