Know Before You Go
Prior booking is a must due to the nature of the experience. To secure your spot, please make sure to book in advance. All passengers are required to report to the helipad no later than 45 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Please note that if a passenger arrives late, it will be considered a No Show. For operational purposes, passengers must provide their weight and contact telephone number. This information will assist in determining the final seating arrangement in the helicopter. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific seats in advance due to the weight distribution requirements. Please keep in mind that only sunglasses and a smartphone or camera are permitted onboard the helicopter. For the safety of all passengers, selfie sticks and tablets are not allowed. However, complimentary lockers will be available for you to store any other valuables securely. Please be aware that the helicopter flight experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, rescheduling will be arranged based on the next available slot. What To Bring
Dress according to the weather. All passengers are required to present their original and valid Emirates IDs or Passports prior to check-in at the helipad. This is a mandatory requirement as per the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority.
